Power Player is a device that infringes on Nintendo's properties. The controller for the system greatly resembles the Nintendo 64 controller, almost identically. The games played on the Power Player are games copyrighted by Nintendo, thus making the sale of the device illegal. A successor to the Power Player was released titled the Power Player 2.
Famicom cartridges could be used on this clone by inserting them in a slot located under the main controller unit. The analog d-pad on this pad is non-functional and fixed in the center position.
A Sega Genesis controller can be plugged into the top of this device for 2 player games.
