Professor Davis is a character in Disaster: Day of Crisis. He is a professor at West Coast Tech, a seismologist, and a well-known expert in his field. He was conducting research into the Cascadia subduction zone. A year before he caused controversy by announcing that a big sea quake would occur in this zone, though this claim was generally refuted. Due to this, he did not make any recent announcements. He is kidnapped by the organization SURGE, along with Lisa Hewitt, another researcher at West Coast Tech.
