Rakshasa in Bayonetta 2.
Rakshasa are a pair of Sosun Pattah (curved Indian swords) fueled by the power of the demon god of the same name who was sealed in them. The weapon is exclusive to Bayonetta, Jeanne's version of the weapon is called 羅刹-Rasetsu-. They are very useful to do quick combos thanks to their light weight.

"A pair of swords that absorbed the demon god Rakshasa and were cleansed with Soma.
Energy from Rakshasa's chakra flows from the swords into their user, making them easy to handle."
How to Obtain[]
Rakshasa is one of the first alternate weapons that can be obtained in Bayonetta 2. In Chapter 1, after defeating the Angels in the courtyard area, the Golden LP will appear. The alternative set of Rakshasa can then be purchased at the Gates Of Hell for 29800.

- Rakshasa and Soma are two characters from the Hindu religion, which emphasis their Indian origins.
