Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition (called Biohazard in Japan) is a remake for the Wii released in 2007 and Wii U in 2015. It includes all the additions of the PS2 version adapted to the GameCube version's assets and effects. It was considered to be the best version of the game until the PC Ultimate Edition came out.

Gameplay[]

The game is generally the same as the PS2 version except it runs better at a better resolution with pointer controls (with options for the GameCube Controller and Wii Classic Controller).

Differences[]

Reception[]

The game was still received well despite being its third release. In sales, the game sold well, at 1.2 million sold despite being a re-release.

In the United States, it is the best-selling game on the Wii to receive an "M" rating from the ESRB.
