Rosie is one of many animal villagers from the Animal Crossing franchise. She is not a main character, but after the success of the Animal Crossing: Wild World movie, she became one of the most popular characters in the series (along with Margie), possibly even more so than characters like Blathers and Mr. Resetti.
Similar to Rover, Rosie is a blue cat with large eyes. She is very cheerful and enthusiastic. She is a peppy villager, meaning she is friendly and apologetic.
