The Legendary Sand bird is a unique kind of bird. So big that you can even ride it! This bird's first appearance is in Super Mario Sunshine, Gelato Beach's level 4 titled "The Sand Bird is born". This concept of a bird is very ineresting, such as it being born in a rock like egg, rather than in a sand like egg. When you meet this beautiful bird, it will take you on a spectacle journey up a tower resembling Super Mario 64's Tower of the wing cap. This journey is challenging for most gamers, I thought this level was pretty easy, but when I tried a challenge to not use F.L.U.D.D., oh, it was EXTREMELY challenging since when the Legendary Sand Bird is gliding, you can see little bits of sand bits flying off of the Sand Bird. Nintendo's work of pollishment gives you a little warning: Watch your feet. Even F.L.U.D.D. gives you that warning once you step on foot of the Sand Bird. He's that thoughtful of you.

This level is a red coin challenge. This is not a timed red coin challenge, at least. A little hint for those new gamers; once you've gotten the 7th coin, don't think your missing a coin, it's at the top of the tower the Sand Bird's climbing. Also remember to pick up mushrooms long the way. If you ever fall off the Legendary Sand Bird, use F.L.U.D.D. and find the nearest cloud and wait until the Sand Bird comes to get you. Warning: This takes patience which other people find annoying and causes them for scuicidal thoughts. If you are patient enough, this a good technique, guaranteed. Or just be cautious and don't fall off.
