Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse (JP) is a follow-up to Shin Megami Tensei IV also for the Nintendo 3DS and developed by Atlus in 2016.
This game takes place after an alternate ending before the split in the endings in the original game and retains most of the original cast but with a new protagonist set to kill the gods.
