Sluggers are yellow Bandits in the Yoshi series. They have baseball bats to hit an object.
Appearances
Yoshi's Island
Sluggers made their first appearance in the game. Throwing an egg will make it bat the egg. Using a Chomp Rock will make them hit back at Yoshi. Eating will do nothing and ground pounding and stomping makes Yoshi defeat it. If it richochets an egg off a wall, it will reach an item, like a Flower.
Yoshi's Island DS
Sluggers made their latest appearance in the game. They behave like the one in the same games. In the Island Museum, they are batting eggs from an Egg Flowers, making the Green Gloves catch them.
