Smashing...Live! is an orchestrated performance of music from the GameCube video game Super Smash Bros. Melee. The soundtrack was given to subscribers of Nintendo Power during the year of 2003, though was released in retailer stores all across Japan. This is the first of two soundtracks released for promotional purposes, the second one being a soundtrack for the Wii and Gamecube title The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
The tracks from Smashing...Live! are rearranged recordings from Melee, and were performed by the New Japan Philharmonic.
