Stack-Up is an NES video game. It was one of the few video games to use R.O.B., a free robot that was included with the NES.
[edit] Plot
In the game, there are two main strories, each one without much depth at all. The first one involves Professor Hector working with R.O.B. to stack up blocks. In the second one, Professor Hector competes for full control over R.O.B. against Spike and Flipper, two of the game's enemies.
[edit] Legacy
R.O.B., which made its debut in Stack-Up, went on to appear in various other video games, mostly as a cameo. Games in which R.O.B. appear include Kirby's Dream Land 3, many WarioWare games, F-Zero GX, Mario Kart DS, Pikmin 2, Super Paper Mario and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Professor Hector went on to make a couple of minor appearances in games as well. The gyro blocks from Pikmin 2 originate from Stack-Up.
