SteamWorld Dig 2 is the sequel to the 2013/2014 3DS/Wii U game SteamWorld Dig, released on the Nintendo Switch by Image & Form. The game features a side character from the original, Dorothy, as the main character looking for the first game's protagonist.

Gameplay[]

The game plays fairly similarly to the original at first with the main mechanic being the player carving paths underground using a pickaxe, but the game is much more designed around platforming elements compared to the original.
