Super Monkey Ball is an arcade platform game developed by Amusement Vision and published by Sega for the Nintendo GameCube. The object of the main game is to guide the monkey inside the ball through the goal in a set amount of time, all the while avoiding a variety of obstacles and traps. There are also party games that allow players to race, fight and participate in competitive sports with other players. It later received a sequel in 2004 called Super Monkey Ball 2.
