Superman (commonly known as Superman 64) is a game released onto the Nintendo 64, based largely upon the popular action series Superman: the Animated Series.
Development Issues
No more than halfway through development, support for the game was dropped entirely, forcing the game to be released largely incomplete. This led to an enormous amount of programming issues, hundreds of glitches, unfair puzzles, a lack of explanation for what is going on, and a horrible ending.
Later Game
A game released onto later consoles, known as Superman: Shadow of the Apokolips, achieved what Superman 64 had attempted to be.
