Takuto Kitsuta is a video game composer and sound designer. He started at HAL Laboratory's Tokyo office but later moved to Creatures Inc., where he has been the main composer of the Pokémon Ranger, PokéPark, and Detective Pikachu series.

He also assisted the Game Freak sound team in HeartGold and SoulSilver, where he worked mostly on the Kanto music.
