A few things...[]
"(stage)" should be used where the stage can be confused with its original game counterpart. I did it with Onett and Onett (stage) to keep the wiki much more organized. In fact, some stage share their name not only with another location, but another game or unrelated things, like Lylat Cruise. Of course, Flat Zone or Castle Siege don't need this, because they can't be confused with anything else. I can start diving said articles and fixing the Smash Bros. stages template if you want.
Also, a few things about this article specifically. There should be an article about stages from the Smash series as a whole rather than this. "Super Smash Brothers: playable stages" (terrible title) redirects here. And this title isn't good either. It should be List of stages in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Anyway, I think I can organize all of this and make a List of stages in the Super Smash Bros. series if I have the time, but I need opinions. I just want to end the confusion with Smash Bros.'s stages and stuff.

- I am resolving some problems with the Mother Category at the moment. If you would be so kind, can you stsrt separating those articles that need a "(stage)" the same way I did with Onett (stage)?
