Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II was an arcade game first released in 1990, and later to various consoles including the NES. It is the sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but is entirely a beat 'em up whereas the first game was an action-advenure game. A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game was released for the GameCube, again with arcade-based gameplay. The game also featured special abilities for each turtle, provided through a button combo.
