Titus Software was a France based video game developer who had to close their doors sometime in 2004. They were founded in 1985 and began development on titles on the Commodore and PC, though eventually worked on the NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Game Boy franchise, and finally the GameCube before they shut down. None of their games are very well known - in fact, one of their titles, Superman 64, is considered one of, if not the worst video game of all time. Their first Nintendo related title was Blues Brothers for the NES.
