Tomohiro Kawase is a programmer at Nintendo. Most of his work in the company has revolved around developing numerous emulators of retro games included in some titles on GameCube and Game Boy Advance, mostly with Hideaki Shimizu.
It has been reported that he collaborated on some unofficial emulators before joining the company[1], although the complete exent of those collaborations is unknown.
